Yes,We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all our products, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
3. What are the eligibility requirements for a refund or exchange?
Contact our customer support via email with your order number and issue details. We will assess your claim based on the warranty criteria. If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund.
Game Controller
1. The controller cannot connect?
Please make sure the rear gear switch is correct and hold the [Home] button for three seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly to enter pairing mode.
- For dongle pairing: Unplug and reinsert the dongle into the USB port.
- For BT pairing: Unpair the device in the BT settings, turn off and on BT, then reconnect.
2. How to update the controller firmware?
Install Flydigi Space Station on your computer Flydigi Ganhe Center on your phone and follow the software instructions to update the firmware.
3. Joystick/trigger/motion sensing is malfunctioning?
Install Flydigi Space Station on your computer, enter the the ttesting page, and calibrate the controller as guided.
4. Dongle connection signal is unstable. (delay/disconnect et(c)?
If there are many 2.4GHz signals in the vicinity, it may cause interference. It is recommended to use a USB extension cable between the dongle and the computer to enhance the signal.
5. The Controller how to Factory Reset?
Turn on the controller, press and hold the SELECT+START+HOME keys for five seconds to reset the handle, The RGB light of the controller will dim and light up again (the pairing information will be cleaned)
6. Apex 4 Controller Calibration (About the dirfting, recommend do calibration or factory setting.)
1. When the controller is connected, press and hold the SELECT key + START key + UP key to enter the calibration mode, and the screen will show "calibrating"
2. Place the controller on a horizontal table for 3 seconds
3. Fully rotate the joystick and gently turn it twice, fully press the trigger and gently press it twice
4. Press the SELECT key + START key + cross key up key (only need once at the same time) to complete the calibration
7. Vader 4 pro Calibration (About the dirfting, recommend do calibration or factory setting.)
1. Turn on the controller, long press and hold SELECT+START+ UP key for 3 seconds to enter calibration mode, and the red light will flash slowly (0.5Hz)
2. During calibration, lightly press the left and right triggers twice, and rotate the left and right joysticks twice; (Emphasize not to press the trigger too hard here)
3. Short press SELECT+START+ UP key to exit calibration mode, calibration of the joystick and the trigger can be completed simultaneously.
NOTE: when calibration, you need to keep the trigger in linear staus, not micro.

Yes, the bracket has a total of three heights, which are 10 degrees, 20 degrees, and 30 degrees. Under the condition of uniform heating of liquid metal, all threee angles are within the offset safety angle
3. Chargers larger than 18W cannot be overclocked
Some brands of A-C chargers cannot enable overclocking due to protocol restrictions. It is recommended to replace the PD charger with one larger than 18w
4. The computer C port (Thunderbolt 4) supports 100w, why can't it be overclocked?
The high-power output of the computer C port has a protocol limit, and the overclocking gear cannot be turned on. It is recommended to replace the PD charger with a power output greater than 18w
5. What is the temperature of the equipment displayed on the space station?
The space station will automatically scan all temperature sensors of the equipment and calculate the overall temperature of the machine
6. Why can't the space station read the temperature?

It does not support disassembly. Our dust - proof net has a high hardness. Just brush it with a brush

Accessories
1. What's the function of the charging base?
It is used for wireless charging of Apex 3/4 and Vader 3/4 series. When connected to a computer, it can also act as an extended receiver signal.
2. Does the charging base have a built - in battery? Can it work without plugging in the power?
It doesn't have a battery. It needs to be used with a power supply. It is recommended to use a charging head with a 5V output or connect it to the computer's USB port.
3. How does it indicate when the charging base is charging?
Apex 4: The handle's interactive screen will show that it is charging. The logo on the charging base won't light up, and there will be no indicator. Press the handle's HOME button to check the charging status on the interactive screen.Vader 4 pro: The red light on the handle indicator stays on. The logo on the charging base won't light up, and there will be no indicator. When fully charged, the indicator turns green.
4. What's the power/current/wattage of the charging base?
It's 5V1A.
5. Does the base have charging protection?
It does. Once the handle is fully charged, the charging base will stop supplying power to the handle.
