Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Coverage:

In case of product quality problems, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date you receive the product, valid upon presentation of a valid sales receipt.


Manufacturing Defects: If your product exhibits defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or refund.


2. Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or other non‐quality-related issues (e.g. drops, water ingress, burning).

2. Tampered products or altered identification—any removal or damage to serial numbers, warranty seals, or component labels.

3. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly using non‐official instructions.

4. Products that are past the warranty period.

5. Products without valid proof of purchase.


3. Warranty Process:

2. Assessment: We will evaluate your claim and determine if it meets the warranty criteria.

3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


4. Important Notes:

1. Proof of Purchase: Please retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

2. Processing Time: Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding the time required for you to ship the product back to us and for the return transit).

3. Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
