Return&Refund Order Requirements

1. Be purchased from the Flydigi official store.
2.  To be eligible for a return&refund, the product must be in its original condition, without damage caused by human factors, and all accessories must be included.
3. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if the product does not match its description, you can request a refund or return within 30 days from the date you received it.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment channel or bank, and we will notify you via email regarding the refund status.

Exchange Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer support team via email oversea_customer@flydigi.com / Contact Us page / Chat Window with order number and the Serial Number (SN) located on the back of your controller (next to the barcode) , and also details of your request.

Exchanges will be made for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will discuss other available options or offer a refund.


Refund and Return Process

1. To initiate a refund or return, Please contact our customer support team via email oversea_customer@flydigi.com / Contact Us page / Chat Window with your order number and the Serial Number (SN) located on the back of your controller (next to the barcode) , and also details of your request.
2. We will review your claim and confirm whether it meets our criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or return as soon as possible.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in shipping.


Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please use Contact Us / Chat Window to let us know before the order is shipped. We will assist you in canceling your order within 24 hours, and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, we are happy to help you with a return.

Please note: Once we receive your returned product, it will take approximately 5-7 days to process your refund.
